Cargo Container Shipped!
Our cargo container was shipped and will soon arrive at the port in Ghana. It includes all the materials to finish the exterior of Building 2, the clinic in Yiwabra. Once it arrives in Yiwabra, the building will go up quickly, since it is a prefabricated design. Plus, the villagers are experts after putting up SIP's panels, after they erected Building 1! Please consider donating at this time, we need about $7,500 to purchase the last of the building materials both in the U.S. and in Ghana.

We need a vehicle!
We budget so much money on transportation for both our volunteers and our building supplies, and we could save most of that if we had a vehicle of our own. If anyone has an SUV or van they would like to donate to The Yonkofa Project, we have an opportunity to ship it to Ghana for free! We could also use a small equipment trailer. Please spread the word! All donations are tax deductible.

This painting, by Ghanaian artist "Fishman" Kobina Nyarko, with be available at the Sept 13 event. Kobina Nyarko is internationally renown for his mesmerizing paintings, and was recently featured on CNN as one of Ghana's most prominent artists.
